I. Gutter brooms

The core of gutter broom is constructed with plastic or wood core. Diameter of the plate depends on type of sweeping machine. Final product is distributed with fixing bolts. The brush is manufactured according technical description of the sweepers manufacturer. In our product range you will find standard products, but there is also possibility to produce brush according customers request.

II. Cylindrical brushes

The core of cylindrical brush is constructed with plastic or wood core. Into core is tufted different types of materials. The density of the brushes depends on applicability and type of surface which is swept. Standard strings density is divided into summer and winter strings. Diamater and length depends on type of sweeping machine. Standard roller consists from more parts (ussualy two). Roller brush is equipped with squares according type and dimension of the shaft. Final product is trimmed on requested diamater.

III. Ring brushes

Manufacturing of ring brushes is based on principle pressing the material into metal core. Final outer diamater of the ring makes the total diamater of the sweeping brush. Final product is trimmed on requested diamater and supplied in paper boxes or already mounted on customers shaft. Old types of brushes with spiral strings are inovated on new ring systém. The advantage of this systém belongs to easy change of old parts and variability of strings.

maximal outer diameter depends on length of pressed material (max 500 mm) + core diameter. For example: 500 + 500 + Ø 255 = Ø 1255mm
